Job Description |
Bassett Medical Center, a multi-specialty, rural academic medical center based in Central NY, is seeking full-time CRNA’s.
The Department of Anesthesiology has 12 CRNA’s and 11 attending anesthesiologists. CRNA’s at Bassett participate in all aspects of anesthesia including preoperative assessment and postoperative management. CRNA’s are involved in all aspects of care including regional anesthesia and invasive monitoring while working under the direction of an anesthesiologist. CRNA’s do cover the obstetrics department with about 800 hundred deliveries a year. Flexible hours are available. The Department covers the Bassett Medical Center, 3 affiliate hospitals and one hospital owned surgical center. Bassett Medical Center is a clinical training site for two CRNA training programs.

The Village of Cooperstown is in a picturesque, four-season area that offers a fine venue for outdoor activities including biking, running, canoeing, swimming and hiking, superb indoor recreational facilities, excellent schools, and internationally renowned museums and fine arts.
