We hope you will be able to attend the NYSANA Joint Committee Conference on Saturday, November 17, 2018. This meeting is a day when the NYSANA Board, committee members and other interested members get together to share ideas and work together to reach NYSANA’s goals. This program has been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for 2.00 Class A CE credits; Code Number 1036925; Expiration Date 11/17/2018.
Parking is available at the Hilton Garden Inn for no charge. Beverages will be provided in the morning and lunch will be provided as well.
Cost
This event is free for members, but registration is required. $75 for non-member; non-members are for a refund if they join AANA and NYSANA. Members must log in to to receive their discount.

This presentation will explain the benefits of Committee work and support for your professional State organization, and define roles for CRNAs within the state. The knowledge and skills of CRNA members is essential to the success and growth of a professional organization.

- Identify the skills needed to lead a committee and recognize the added value to their State Association and their individual practice and profession as a CRNA
- Explain the committees, how they initiated, and expectations of member involvement.
