Morning Yoga
7:00 - 8:00 a.m. | Complimentary, sponsored by NYSANA's Wellness Committee
Unwind, stretch, and reconnect in our serene group yoga class, designed to nurture both body and mind. Guided by an experienced instructor, this all-levels session blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and restorative poses to promote relaxation, flexibility, and inner balance. The supportive group setting creates a shared sense of ease and connection while allowing space for personal intention. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a peaceful escape and a moment of renewal within your day.

Mineral Spring Walking Tour
2:00 - 3:30 p.m. | Complimentary, sponsored by NYSANA's Wellness Committee
Hike to the Creekside Classroom overlooking Geyser Creek, where the mineral-rich waters that shaped Saratoga’s history continue to flow. We'll also visit the geyser and surrounding "tufa" a huge mineral deposit stained by iron and other dissolved minerals carried from deep underground. Then we will taste the waters from several of the natural springs in the area and learn how Saratoga's waters were bottled and sold all over the world.  The tour covers about 1.5 miles of mostly wooded paths and grass and takes 90 minutes.

E-Bike Tour
2:00 - 5:00 p.m. | $75
Visit the highlights of Saratoga and learn the interesting stories behind each site with Cycling Saratogas fun and experienced guides. We’ll stop by Saratoga Race Course and find out why it is the “August place to be”, visit a few of Saratoga’s springs including the only active geyser east of the Mississippi and stop by Congress Park to learn about why Nellie Bly called Saratoga “The wickedest place on earth”. Other stops include the Roosevelt Baths, Beekman Arts District, Harness Track, Several Historic Districts, Italian Gardens, Yaddo … and many others.

Horses & Hops Tour
1:45 - 5:00 p.m. | $25, includes farm tour and one beer at Common Roots Brewery.
Spend Saturday afternoon touring Stone Gate Farm, home to world champion show horses, then enjoy a beer and good conversation at Common Roots Brewery before heading back for the 2026 College Bowl.
A complimentary mini coach is available for the first 21 registrants; self-drive is also welcome.
