Joint Committee Conference Meeting (virtual)

Leading a committee can be exciting as well as daunting. We are here to support you and your team members, and this starts with the JCC. While much work of a committee can and must occur virtually, meeting in person annually is vital to the creativity, energy, and camaraderie that are the hallmarks of successful teams. We look forward to being together!

•  This virtual meeting will be held on Saturday, November 6 from 9:00AM – 1:00PM
• This meeting will count towards 4 class B credits and 1.5 Class A credits 
• This meeting will start with a committee chair orientation to ensure all chairs have the information, tools, and resources they need to lead a successful committee.
• Committee chairs will then work with members, board liaison, and staff to establish strategic goals for the year and communicate these goals to other committee chairs. These goals will be used to guide your efforts for the remainder for the year
